▪ ULTIMATE POWER AUSTRALASIA LTD is a New Zealand firm, located in Auckland, NZ. Established to be part of the Global presence of its Portuguese parent company Ultimate Power Lda, and a regional representative in New Zealand, Australia, and the Pacific. ULTIMATE POWER LDA was established in 2012 with headquarter located in Lisbon, Portugal, and operates globally in 65 countries around the world.

▪ Being a company managed by a board of Engineers, we profoundly believe that our products have to deliver verified results and conclusions and to be a cost-effective investment to capital expenditure managers. Accordingly, the core of our business relies intensively on Research & Design. Our main focus is the development of technological equipment and solutions targeting the field of Energetic Efficiency in the industrial and transportation sectors. Our fuel saving products are specifically designed to reduce the consumption of hydrocarbon fuels, such as Diesel, Petrol, LPG, Coal and Petroleum Coke, of which its consumption fundamentally impacts our economy and environment.

▪ Over the past six years, we have successfully architected the development of unique products and technologies aim to decrease consumption of petroleum-fuels and to lower the carbon footprint associated with its consumption. Moreover, the company continues to increase the number of targeted applications, where Ultimate Cell products can be implemented and used. We are continuously developing products and solutions applicable to a variety of fields. These products improve energy efficiency, environmental protection, and enhance operating-cost reductions.

▪ The line of products commercialized by ULTIMATE POWER Lda is called Ultimate Cell. It consists of multiple internal & continuous-combustion optimizing products. Designed to reduce fuel consumption and exhaust emissions, by producing and injecting hydrogen into the combustion system to be utilized as a catalyst to the fuel burn. Ultimate Cell unique technology is available in different capacities, divisions, and versions; and relevant to diverse applications and sectors, such as industrial - cement production, pulp, biomass, municipal solid waste incineration, power generation, automotive transportation, marine, among others.

▪ Ultimate Cell Fuel Saving products are patented under the Patent Cooperation Treaty and within WIPO-World Intellectual Property Organization and have worldwide insurance coverage with AIG insurance.
