In simplified terms, the technical principle of our Automotive-division products is to use the electrical energy available from the alternator of the vehicle, to produce specifically quantified, small amounts of hydrogen gas, and inject it into the engine, through its air intake system. The hydrogen functions as a catalyst to the fuel burn and combustion-optimizer, and Not as a fuel replacement. Avoiding neutral energy-balance. Given that the hydrogen primarily creates a chemical effect within the combustion rather than a thermal effect.
Furthermore, the hydrogen chemical-effect to the combustion-reaction is converted into ancillary energy, of which bypasses the initial electrical-energy involved in generating this hydrogen - and NOT offset by it. The optimized combustion-reaction will decrease fuel consumption, exhaust emissions, and engine contamination caused by these emissions.
The hydrogen molecules enhance the combustion reaction. Without adding - during its production - a significant additional electric load on the electrical system of the vehicle, nor adding notable mechanical load on the engine itself. Reflecting the fact that energy consumption rate of the Ultimate Cell, while operating, is remarkably low, and ranges from 0.08A minimum to 0.70A maximum, and 0.01A on standby.
When the engine starts, the ULTIMATE CELL through its sophisticated design, initiates an electronically controlled electrolysis process, resulting in the chemical separation of the hydrogen molecules from the electrolyte fluid. Subsequently, these hydrogen molecules will be fed into the engine's air intake manifold, reaching the gas chamber, enriching the fuel mix and improving its combustion.
The improved combustion-reaction will reduce fuel consumption, exhaust emissions and engine's contamination caused by these emissions. Resulting in saving fuel costs, protecting the environment and protecting the engine’s components from carbon deposits.
The Ultimate Cell is a dynamic, smart system. It is designed to produce hydrogen in response to driver's throttle commands. The amount of hydrogen produced and injected into the engine is constantly changing to best match the speed of the vehicle and its engine’s load. A smoother, quieter running engine and an improvement in engine's torque are also immediately noticed.
